The Russian Orthodox Church has revoked its June decision assigning its former foreign affairs chief to two Russian Orthodox parishes in southern Brazil. Prvá omša bola slávená 19. júla. IBP založilo v roku 2006 päť bývalých kňazov Spoločnosti sv. Pia X. (SSPX/FSSPX). Zdá sa, že ide o jeho prvú pobočku v Kanade.
