Bishop Mutsaerts Has Recovered. Dutch Auxiliary Bishop Rob Mutsaerts' lingering injuries mainly consist of a complicated fracture to his arm and elbow. He told Michael Matt, who described his recovery as incredible given the state of the car after the accident.
